Garlic Bubble Bread

Generously spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray
- 1 lb. store-bought frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/3 cup garlic-infused oil
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted, or olive oil
- 2 T. finely minced fresh parsley
- 2 T. finely minced fresh garlic
- salt, pepper to taste (or seasoned salt)
- ½ cup pieces or lumps of chevre cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- sesame seeds, as garnish

- 1 whole chicken, cut up (2-3 lbs.)

- 1 t. dried rosemary

For marinade, in a medium bowl combine salad dressing and pesto
- 1/3 cup oil&vinegar dressing (2/3 cup)
- 1 1/2 T. basil pesto (3 T.)
- 1 cup frozen cheese tortellini (2 cups)
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese and/or
- Monterey Jack cheese w/jalapenos, cut into cubes (8 oz.)

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

In mixing bowl, cream together sugars, butter, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C. margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. white sugar
- 1 3.4-oz. package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 C. chocolate chips
Hummus with Parmesan Pita Chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place pita pieces on rimmed baking sheet and coat with nonstick cooking spray
- 5 - 4 1/2 " whole-wheat pitas, split open and each side cut into fourths
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- A bunch of asparagus, hard part of stalks cut off
- teaspoon of minced shallots and/or garlic
- 2-4 tablespoons of butter (depends on how much asparagus you have)

- 4 cups canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 8 ounces mozzarella string cheese, individually wrapped
- 16 thin slices salami, 2 1/2" diameter
- 8 egg roll/spring roll wrappers

Butter a 2-quart baking dish In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread and nuts
- Dulce de leche:
- 1 can (15 oz.) pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 t. coarse salt
- 3/4 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- 10 oz. day-old bread, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 t. coarse salt
- Remove from heat and whisk in:
- 3/4 t. baking soda (mixture will foam)
