Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

Add tomatoes, celery, carrots, chicken broth, onions, oregano, basil, and bay leaf to a large slow cooker
- 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1 cup finely diced carrots
- 1 cup finely diced onions
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 T dried basil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups half-and-half, warmed
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
Slow Cooker Chicken

Combine all ingredients except broccoli in slow cooker
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
- 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, chopped
- or
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 T. white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces

Combine cereal and M&Ms in lightly greased baking pan; set aside
- 4 cups toasted rice cereal
- 1 3/4 cups M&M minis
- 4 cups mini marshmallows

- 1/4 cup butter

Pecan Caramel Clusters

In a microwave bowl, combine the caramels, water and butter
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels
- 2 T. water
- 2 T. butter
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 4 oz. white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
Chicken Packets

Unroll crescent rolls. Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (6 -8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons, crushed to crumbs

- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) chocolate wafers, finely crushed
- 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 bag (7 oz.) shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 24 caramel-filled Hershey's Kisses, halved
Chicken Chickpea Chopped Salad

- 2 large romaine hearts, washed and chopped
- 1 cup pulled, cooked chicken breast
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 3/4 cup sweet corn (grilled if you want)
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup dressing (your choice)
