Forty-Clove Chicken #2 (Slow Cooker)

Remove skin from chicken. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
- 1 frying chicken (3 lbs.), cut up
- salt and pepper
- 1 to 2 T. olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley or 2 t. dried parsley flakes
- 2 T. dry vermouth
- 2 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 40 cloves garlic, peeled
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- juice and peel of 1 lemon
- fresh herbs
Skillet Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 T. Mrs. Dash Original Blend
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, slivered
- 1/4 red onion, sliced

Italian-Syle Breadsticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 1 T. cold water
- 1 (8-count) can refrigerated breadstick dough

In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and reserved cherry juice (from cheesecake)
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. cherry brandy or
- 1/2 t. almond extract

Place 1/3 cup of the warm milk in the bowl of an electric mixer
- 1 1/3 cups warm milk, 95 to 105 degrees (divided)
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- A pinch or two of nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Chicken Vegetable Soup

Prepare rice and set aside
- 1 bag rice (boil-in-bag)
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups chopped uncooked chicken
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 T. lime juice

Melt the chocolate bar pieces in the top of a double boiler, or very carefully in the microwave
- 4 oz. Hershey's bar, in pieces
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup Hershey's syrup
- 2 to 3 T. milk

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 1 t. vanilla extract

Breakfast Balls

Cook your bacon until crisp so it will break easily into pieces
- Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits - I used 2 1/2 cans out of a small 4 pack
- Shredded Cheese (I had Mexican style on hand)
- Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 package of Cooked Bacon
- 6 Scrambles Eggs
- One Egg for top of Biscuits
Tuna Patty Melt

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl
- 2 (6 ½ oz) cans tuna, drained
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 carrot, grated
- pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- vegetable spray
- ½ cup Miracle Whip
- 6-8 slices American cheese
