In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/4 t. almond extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
- (if using frozen blueberries, do not thaw before adding to batter)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1/4 t. ground cinnamon

- 32 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 to 3 t. ranch salad dressing mix

Mimosa Punch

- 2 quarts of fresh orange juice
- 1 2-liter bottle of ginger ale
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)

- Fresh strawberries, sliced or halved depending on size

- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- Filling:
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- Topping:
- 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 T. butter
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
