Southern Spice Rub

Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl
- 2 tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, almond extract, and sugar until fluffy
- Glaze:
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 4 oz. slivered almonds, chopped fine
- Two 8 oz. cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 egg white
- 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 4 tsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Chocolaty Double Crunchers

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- FILLING
- 2 Pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, melted
GLAZED HAM WITH DIJON PINEAPPLE SAUCE

BAE HAM AT 350 DEGREES FOR 2 HOURS
- 5 LB. PRECOOKED HAM
- 1 CUP FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C. MAPLE SYRUP
- 1/4 C. DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
- 1 (20 OZ.) CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN JUICE
Italian Spaghetti Sauce

1. Cook beef, onions, mushrooms, and garlic in skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 3 medium onions, chopped (about 2 1/4 cups)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 29 oz. can tomato sauce
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Cook noodles till tender; drain
- 6 ounces (3 1/2 cups) med. noodles
- 1 6 1/2, 7, or 9 1/4 ounce can tuna
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds, toasted.
