Shrimp Kabobs with Curry Butter

- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill

- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- Red pepper to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup liquid smoke
- 3 cups water
