Blueberry Salad

In a large bowl, mix the gelatin dessert mix into the boiling water
- two 3 oz packages grape gelatin dessert mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- one 21-oz. can blueberry pie filling
- one 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- one 8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Maybe could sub. cherry gelatin and cherry pie filling
Strawberry Cheesecake

Melt butter. Roll crumbs. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
- Crust:
- lb. graham crackers
- 1/2 lb. graham crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Filling:
- Three 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 stiffly-beaten egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 large package frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- red cake coloring
Pizza Potatoes

1.Saute potato and onion slices in oil in skillet until onions appear transparent
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. sliced peperoni
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. can pizza sauce
Pot Roast

Sprinkle roast on all sides with house seasoning
- 1 (3-lb.) boneless chuck roast
- 1 1/2 tsp. House seasoning, recipe follows
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed or just add BV.
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water or BV
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Makes enough for 1 gallon of cabbage with creamy dresing
- 1 gallon cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups miracle whip (salad dressing)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup white vinegar

- 2 cups finely chopped peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 15oz. can (1 1/3 cups) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Rice Pilaf With Basil and Pine Nuts

Bring broth to a boil in a small saucepan; reduce heat to low and keep warm
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 tsp. dried
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Mashed Potato Casserole

Peel an boil potatoes until tender; drain and put in large bowl of electric mixer
- 8-10 boiling potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese , softened
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
