I found this to be dry. And I don't think I'll be using canned meat again
- 10 small soft flour tortillas ( Found some low carb tortillas)
- 3 tablespoons flour ( I used coconut flour for lower carbs)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups shredded and cooked chicken
- 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese - shredded
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4oz can diced green chillies

Easy Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake

- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Cooked Rice to serve over (optional)

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Chicken was great! I honestly didn't care for the veggies cooked in this sauce

- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 t Basil dried
- 1/2 t Oregano dried

Pork Chops in a Fennel & Caper Sauce

- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 4 Pork Chops ( I used boneless)
- 3/4 t Salt
- 3/4 t Black Pepper
- 2 Fennel bulbs with fronds thinly sliced

- 1/3 Flat Leaf Parsley freshly chopped x 2 for garnish
