Honey Parlez Vous Parfait

- 1/3 cup honey, divided for two servings
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, divided for two servings
- 1/2 cup crunchy granola, divided for two servings
Maple Cherry Sauce

Put cherry juice blend and cornstarch in a small saucepan; mix well
- 1/3 cup cherry juice blend
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries, thawed and well drained
- 3/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
Sweet Harvest Jam

Combine crushed fruit and pectin in a 5-quart saucepan
- Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed fruit or berries
- 2 cups honey
- 1 box
- 1-3/4 oz powdered pectin
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Honey Shake It Up

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and blend until thick and creamy
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 5 ice cubes
Mock Hollandaise Sauce

In small saucepan, with a wire whisk, beat mayonnaise, egg whites, lemon juice, dry mustard, and salt until smooth
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie

Mornay Sauce

- 3 egg yolks slightly wisked
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 6.9 oz Bechemel sauce, hot
- 1 tsp white wine, tarragon vinegar, or lemonjuice
- 1.8 oz Parmesan
Texas Red Grapefruit Jelly

- 3 1/2 cups fresh squeezed Texas Red Grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 7 cups sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) pouches liquid pectin
