In a saucepan cook cranberries and apple juice concentrate over medium heat until cranberries have burst
- 12 oz cranberries
- 6 oz unsweetened apple juice concentrate
Honey Lemonade With Frozen Fruit Cubes

In a pitcher, whisk lemon juice with honey to dissolve
- 1-1/2 cups lemon juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 9 cups water
- 28 small pieces assorted fruit
Mandarin Peach Sauce

Place peaches in blender container
- 1 15-oz. can sliced peaches, drained
- 3 Tbs Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp fennel
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Sunrise Spread

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor
- 3 cups diced fresh California peaches and plums
- 1/3 cup 100% berry juice
- 1 Tbs finely grated orange peel
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Crispy Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 cup puffed rice cereal, crushed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 6 (4-6-oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Honey Make Mine Chocolate Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
Maple Barbecue Sauce

Combine all ingredients and brush on top of 3 pounds of beef, pork or poultry
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbs chili sauce
- 2 Tbs cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbs chopped onions
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sweet Crepe

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter or oil
- dash salt

Curried Carrots

Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 Tbs apricot jam
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
