Brenda's Pulled Pork Sandwich

- Dry Rub:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons salt

- 1 (3 1/2) pound pork butt roast with bone
- Cooking Liquid:
- 4 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Coleslaw:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- BBQ Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 5 tablespoons cider vinegar

Salty Chocolate Peanut Butter Sammies

Stir the peanut butter, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until combined and creamy
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tsp confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- Combine 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp canola oil,
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Sriracha in a jar.
Creamy celery and fennel soup

1.Combine celery, fennel, broth, 2 cups water, rice, tarragon and salt in a large saucepan
