- 1 pound fresh speckled trout

- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon capers

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons orange juice

- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Roasted Tomatoes and Potatoes With Olives and Thyme

Heat oven to 400°F. Halve potatoes lengthwise
- 1 lb. fingerling potatoes
- 1 tbsp. coarse salt, plus a few pinches
- 3 good-size ripe tomatoes (about 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large red or yellow onion, halved and sliced about 1⁄4 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
- Zest of 1 large lemon

- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. pitted olives (such as niçoise or kalamata)
- 2 tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained
- 12 thyme sprigs
- 1 lemon, quartered
Spicy Pork Noodle Bowl

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 8-ounce package thin Chinese noodles
- 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 12 ounces ground pork
- 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped bread-and-butter pickles, plus 1/4 cup brine from the jar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 Persian cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped

- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Glazed Bacon- Wrapped Turkey Breast

- 1 boneless turkey breast (4 to 5 lbs.), skin removed
- 1 1/2 bunches green onions, sliced
- 2 c. packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 12 oz. thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
Greek Chili

- Add:
- 2 lbs, pork shoulder cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp each ground cumin and dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp each ground cinnamon and ground allspice
- Stir In:
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 cans diced tomatoes in juice (14.5 oz each)
- 3 1/2 cups dry chickpeas,, soaked in water overnight and drained
- Add:
- 1 can artichokes hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup quartered zucchini
- 1/2 cup pitted, chopped kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- plain Greek-style yogurt
- Whole pepperoncini
Chocolate cake brownie with orange and mascarpone

- Combine:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Melt:
- 1 stick unsalted butter (8 tbsp)
- 4 oz. semisweet bar chocolate, chopped
- Stir In:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Whisk In:
- 1/2 cup mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp minced orange zest
- 3 large eggs

Quick Whole Grain Seed Bread

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk, or "sour milk" View tip.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tsp sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and /or dry-roasted sunflower kernels.
