Chicken With Pasta
- 1 pound(s) corkscrew pasta
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 bag(s) (16-ounce) mixed vegetables , frozen
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Caesar salad (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Mint Kiwi Lemon Cheesecake Tarts

1.Blend cream cheese until smooth; add Curd and fold in whipped topping
- 2/3 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Mint Flavored Apple Jelly
- 1 package (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar Dickinson's® Lemon Curd
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 packages miniature phyllo cups
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced & quartered
- mint leaves, lemon peel & other fresh fruit pieces for garnish
