1. Combine flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened +1 tablespoon (divided)
- 3-6 tablespoons ice cold water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- for the glaze dip
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Hamburger Soup

Brown hamburger with garlic
- lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 C carrots,chopped
- 1 C celery, chopped
- 1 C onions, chopped
- 6 cubes beef bouillon
- 6 C water
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 32 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 oz pkg frozen corn kernels or 1 can
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 4 Tbsp ketchup

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar in a mixing bowl
- 16 whole graham crackers, crushed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 6 large fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced

In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients
- Dough:
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup warm water (120*F)
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- dash pepper
- 1-2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chili (from the Eagle)

Place vegetable oil in 6-quart Dutch oven or large heavy pot over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, optional
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 15-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 16-ounce cans chili beans with sauce
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of tomato soup
- Garnish: Sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and/or tortilla chips
Bacon Potato Salad

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water
- 4 cups cubed red potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 7 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1-1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp prepared ranch salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 4 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips

- 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding mix

- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

- 2 C lukewarm water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 C flour
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 4 C flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 stick/cube butter, melted
