Nestle Toll House Cookie

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups (12-ounce package) nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Pepper-Seared Tuna

About 1 hour before serving, peel the mangoes with a sharp knife
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, plus whole leaves for garnish

Combine evaporated milk, sour cream, dijon mustard, egg whites and egg in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk
- 1 1/4 cups fat free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Portobella Mushroom Pasta

Boil together chicken broth, garlic, sprinkles and mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Molly McButter sprinkles
- 6 oz. Fresh sliced portobella mushrooms
- 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Agnes’s Chocolate Cake

- 2 cups unsweetened bakers chocolate
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp.vinegar
Lemon Pepper Steak

- 4 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil
