- 1 Lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard (increase as desired)
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 2 14oz cans kidney beans - drained
- 2 cups low sodium tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (as desired)
Peruvian Green Sauce

Saute the onion in a small skillet with 1 teaspoon of the oil until soft, 3 to 4 minutes

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped red onion

- 8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
- 5 large egg yolks at room temperature
- 5 large egg whites at room temperature

- For Frosting:
