- 2 (12 ounce) bagsbags broccoli coleslaw mix (in the bagged salad section of the grocery store)
- 1 ⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- chopped green onion, for garnish
- 3 ⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 ⁄4 cup brown sugar or 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1 ⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 small Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine - softened
- 1 large Egg; beaten
- Salt and pepper; to taste

Pour boiling water to cover over beans and let stand for 1 hour (or soak beans in water overnight)
- 8 oz dried pinto or navy beans
- 1 quart water
- 6 cup hot beef bouillon
- 1 cup tomato sauce

- 1/2 cup minced salt pork or bacon
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 celery rib, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 6-8 oz ditalini
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

- 2 Tbs. pure olive oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tsp. minced or pressed garlic (1 medium clove)
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice (from 1 small lemon)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 3 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb. seafood (lobster, crab meet, salmon, scallops, etc.)
- 6 Crown Pilot crackers (or 16 saltines)
