- 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 t white or black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 Place the nuts and pineapple in a mixing bowl
- 1 lb whole skinless almonds
- 1 lb Brazil nuts
- 1 lb cashews
- 1 lb skinless peanuts
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 lb skinless hazelnuts
- 1 lb walnut halves
- 1/4 dried pineapple cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 2 T coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 t cayenne
- 2 t dark brown sugar
- 2 t kosher salt
- 1 t unsalted butter, melted

- 1 1/2 t kosher salt, divided
- 1 1/2 t black pepper, divided
- 1/4 cup minced shallot
- 1 large thyme sprig
- 1/2 cup Madeira or dry sherry
- 3 cups unsalted beef stock
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 2 T torn fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 T dijon mustard
