- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 can cut green beans, drained
- 1 can 2.8 oz French fried onions
Easy Beef Stronagoff

- 1.5 lbs round steak cut into strips
- 2 T butter
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 pint sour cream
Blue Cheese Dip/Dressing

Break up the cheese into coarse chunks
- 4 3/4 oz blue cheese
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 8 T mayonnaise
- 2 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- heavy whipping cream or water
Spiderweb Taco Dip

With a serrated knife, slice the top off the bread then scoop out the inside to make a bread bowl
- 1 large boule bread
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 12oz container of dip (such as Helluva Good! French Onion Dip)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives
- 1 cup guacamole
- tortilla chips for dippping
Pork Chops and Field Peas

Place peas in a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker
- 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen field peas
- 1.5 t dry mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 6 (1 inch thick) pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 large sweet red onion, sliced
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 t Lantana seasoning
- 1/4 t thyme
- pinch of sage
Pumpkin Pie

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger

- 1 (15 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz) evaporated milk

- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 large heads broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw pine nuts
- 3 1/2 T nutritional yeast
- 2 t fresh tarragon
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 t agave nectar
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
Southwestern Goulash

- 2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (15 oz) can mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (11 oz) can vacuum packed corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, undrained
- 1/4 cup cilantro
