Cook pasta according to the package directions
- 2-2/3 * 2-2/3 cups dried bow ties, penne, or ziti (8 ounces)
- 2 * 2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges, or 5 medium leeks, sliced
- 2 * 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 * 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon anise seeds, crushed
- 1-3/4 * 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 * 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 * 2 ounces prosciutto, cut into thin bite-size strips
- 1 * 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
Cheesy Italian Meatball Casserole

. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 16 * 16 ounces dried ziti or penne pasta
- 1 * 1 26-ounce jar tomato pasta sauce
- 1 * 1 16-ounce package Italian-style frozen cooked meatballs (32), thawed
- 1 * 1 15-ounce can Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 * 1 15-ounce carton ricotta cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 * 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
Chicken Florentine Artichoke Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 * 8 oz. dried bow tie pasta
- 1 * 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 * 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 * 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 * 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 * 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 * 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
- 2 * 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 * 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 * 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 * 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 * 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

1. Cook noodles according to package directions
- 4 * 4 ounces dried medium noodles
- 2-1/2 * 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 * 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 * 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 * 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- * Paprika

Prepare Mashed Potatoes*, if using; set aside
- 1 * 1 recipe Mashed Potatoes or one 24-ounce package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1-1/4 * 1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- * bag of frozen vegetables
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * Dash black pepper
- 2-1/2 * 2-1/2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 * 1 10.75-ounce can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup shredded process American cheese (2 ounces)

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 onions
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
- kernels
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch dried sage
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 Can of beef broth
- 3 T. of flour
- 3 T. Tomato Paste
- Shredded Cheese
