1.Preheat Airfryer to 390°F
- 1/2 pound chicken tenders, cut into 4 pieces or 2 breasts sliced
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red or green pepper, cut in half, peeled,seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper or scant 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound skirt steak
- 4 roma tomatoes, cored and diced small
- 1 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño chile, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice, warm
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (15 ounce) low sodium black beans, rinsed, drained, and warmed

- 1/2 head lettuce, torn
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped, or more to taste
- 3 cups frozen peas, thawed

- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)

Chipotle Shredded Beef {Instant Pot}

- 3 lb beef chuck roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chipotle in adobo, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the chipotle with adobo can)
- 2 teaspoons dried cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks
