  • TOPPINGS AND NOODLES
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 1 bok Chou
  • Handful bean sprouts
  • 1 scallion, green finely sauced
  • 1 cm piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sherry or chinese cooking wine
