1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 16oz dry penne
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 lb prosciutto, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 (16oz) cans whole tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
