Ingredients
- - 10 oz fettuccini
- - 1/2 cup butter
- - 3/8 pints or 14 tbsp or 7/8 cup heavy cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - minced garlic to taste
- -dash of garlic salt
- - 3/8 cups grated romano cheese
- -1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until al dente; drain
- In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream and minced garlic over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; this will thicken the sauce.
- Add pasta to sauce. Coat evenly. Let sit a few minutes to thicken more.
- Serve! Muah!
