Serve this margarita on the rocks!
- Garnish:
- 2 oz. Siembra Azul Tequila blanco
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. Pom Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. 1:1 simple syrup
- Coarse salt for rim
- Lime wedge

Fill pitcher with crushed ice and add ingredients
- Garnish:
- 12 ounces fresh lime juice
- 12 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 12 ounces grenadine
- 12 ounces Kapu Syrup (pernod, Angostura flavors)
- 20 ounces still or sparkling water
- Orange wheels
- Lime wheels
Ancient Mariner

Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice

- 1 oz. dark Jamaican rum
- 1/4 oz. Allspice liqueur
- 3/4 oz. lime juice

- 1/2 oz. simple syrup

Yellow Pepper Vinaigrette

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until combined well
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons warm water
- Pinch of sugar
Roasted Wild Mushroom Soup Shots

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil
- 16 oz assorted fresh wild mushrooms (such as crimini, chanterelle, oyster, morel and stemmed shiitake), stemmed, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium russet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sherry, plus more for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
