Boo Loo

Blend honey mix, lime, pineapple juice and chunks until liquefied
- 3/4 oz. dark Jamaican rum
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Hart 151
- 1 1/2 oz. Lemon Hart 40
- 1 1/2 oz. gold Puerto Rican rum
- 2 1/2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 1/4 oz. honey mix
- 3-4 fresh pineapple chunks (about 1" cubes)
- 1 1/2 oz. club soda
Black Bean Quesadillas

Spread beans over half of each tortilla
- 2 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed, mashed with a fork
- 1 jalapeño, chopped fine
- 8 tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 cups thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry
- 2 cups shredded jack cheese (2 ounces)
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- Hot sauce of choice
- 2 cups fresh salsa, for serving
Honey Mix

Stir honey and hot water together until dissolved
- 1/2 cup honey (clover or orange blossom)
- 1/2 cup hot water
Hawaii Kai Treasure

Blend ingredients for 10 seconds
- Garnish:
- 1 1/2 oz. light Puerto Rican rum
- 1/2 oz. orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz. orgeat
- 1/2 oz. honey mix
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. light cream or half & half
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Fresh gardenia
Bourbon Special

Shake ingredients with ice cubes
- 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
- 1/4 oz. falernum
- 3/4 oz. ginger beer
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- Dash Angostura bitters

- 1 quart unsweetened pineapple juice
- 4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces Falernum
- 1 fifth gold Puerto Rican rum
Aurora Bora Borealis

- 1 oz. dark Jamaican rum
- 1 oz. light Puerto Rican rum
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Lopez coconut cream
- 1/4 oz. orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orgeat
