- 1 bunch standard-size asparagus (or broccoli)
- 1.5 orzo
- 2 T EVOO
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 T unsalted butter
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T grated pecorino Romano
- 2 T black truffle butter (dairy section @ Whole Foods)
- Salt to taste
- 1 t cracked black pepper
- *(or make my own truffle butter by combining 2T softened (not melted) unsalted butter w/.5t black truffle oil)
