  • 2 T EVOO
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1 T unsalted butter
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T grated pecorino Romano
  • 2 T black truffle butter (dairy section @ Whole Foods)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 t cracked black pepper
  • *(or make my own truffle butter by combining 2T softened (not melted) unsalted butter w/.5t black truffle oil)
