Heat sauce pan to medium heat and add butter

  • 1 cup vegetables *see note below
  • 1 small onion; diced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock.
  • 2 tsp. corn flour
  • 1 TB butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • Vegetable Note: yellow and green bell peppers, carrots, peas. Also cut the vegetable to small thin pieces. You can also use cauliflower, broccoli, beans, corns .... choices are endless
