Dark Chocolate Buttercrunch

In a large, deep saucepan, melt the butter
- 1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter*
- 1 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 cups (8 ounces) diced pecans or slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 pound semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (chocolate chips are an easy solution here; you’ll need about 2 2/3 cups)
- *If you use unsalted butter, add 1/2 teaspoon salt.

1.Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl, cream the sugar and the butter together with an electric mixer

- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
- 3 Eggs
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp. Buttermilk
- Nut Topping:
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Walnuts (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
Easy Vegetarian and Vegan Mushroom Gravy Recipe

In a large skillet, melt the vegan margarine and add onion and mushrooms
- 3/4 cup white or button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small yellow or white onion, minced
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning (or 1/2 tsp each of sage, thyme and marjoram)
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- 2 to 3 pounds golden potatoes, diced or sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
SALTED TOFFEE OYSTER CRACKERS

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil then spray the foil lightly with cooking spray

- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
5 Minute Chocolate Cake

- 4 tbsp flour

- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
