Italian Sausage Rigatoni Bake Recipe

Preheat oven to 375°. Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain
- 1 package (16 ounces) rigatoni
- 1 pound Johnsonville® Mild Italian Links
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 5 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
- 16 ounces sliced part-skim mozzarella cheese
Pasta with Creamy Sweet Potato Sauce Recipe

Scrub and pierce sweet potato; place on a microwave-safe plate
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Additional shredded Parmesan cheese, optional
Baked Refried Beans

- 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
BLT Macaroni Salad Recipe

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1-1/4 cups diced celery
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

First made 3/3/2014. Very Good- a Taylor favorite
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 can(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 3/4 to 1 pound chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 1 T. shortening
Chili Mac

Easy and very good. First made 4/26/2007
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 can (1 pound) crushed or chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1 cup (about 4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
- Extra cheese (for serving)
Shrimp Monterey

first tried 7-26-2018. Excellent, used 16 large shrimp and cut recipe in half
- 2 T. butter
- 2 pounds uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 T. minced fresh parsley
- Hot cooked linguine, optional
Warm Apple-Cabbage Slaw

Great side dish. First made 9/10/2007
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 thinly sliced apple
- 1/4 apple juice (broth or water)
- cider vinegar and salt to taste
Caesar Salad

- 4 oz. Italian bread
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- Nonstick olive oil cooking spray
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 T. fresh lemon juice ( I prefer using less)
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) hearts of romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces.
