- 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
- 2 ears of corn on the cob, husked, cut into 6x 1-inch pieces per cob
- 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 a red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 medium clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/3 cup finely crumbled Cotija or feta cheese, (or fresh grated parmesan cheese)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves, to garnish
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- One 3 to 3 1/2-pound bone-in, skinless turkey half-breast
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 10 wonton wrappers, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium red onion, finaly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1/4 serrano pepper, minced
- 4 ears corn, husked and kernels removed, cobs reserved
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- 8 ounce lump crabmeat, picked over to remove any cartilage
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
