Partially fry bacon until fat starts to render but not crisp,cut into half inch pieces
- Littleneck clams or 2 (8oz) cans of mixed clams,undrained
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tsp powdered garlic or 4 cloves chopped fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp diced onion
- 2 Tsp parsley
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese,to taste
- 1/2 Tsp oregano
- Bacon,cut into half inch pieces
- Bottle of clam juice,as much as needed to keep mixture moist

1) Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart round casserole with cooking spray
- 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb sliced corned beef (from deli), cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)

- (1 1/4) 1/2 Cup butter
- (2) 3/4 Cup sugar
- (5) 2 eggs
- (3) 1 Tsp vanilla
- (3 3/4) 1 1/4 Cups sifted flour
- (1 1/4) 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- (3/4) 1/4 Tsp salt
- (3) 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Cup walnuts optional
- ground candied cherries or any kind of jelly
- Amounts in parenthesis is what mom uses.

1) In a large saucepan, whisk flour and milk until smooth
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 large potatoes, baked, peeled and coarsely mashed (1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions, divided
- Crumbled cooked bacon, optional
