Meals (Pack-It-In Pizza Heros)

1) On a lightly floured surface, form each piece of cold dough into a rounded mound
- 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough, quartered
- 1/4 cup EVOO, plus more for brushing
- 1 pound sliced cremini mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 8 ounces (3-inch-wide) pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
- 8 slices swiss
- 12 ounces roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
- Dijon mustard or marinara sauce, for serving

1) Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 2 ears corn, shucked
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup white wine
- 12 ounces pappardelle pasta
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 small bunch scallions, thinly sliced

Pizza (Loaded Baked Potato)

Take all your favorite flavors from a loaded baked potato, and combine them on a pizza crust
- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1 medium white potato
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 box (10 oz) Green Giant frozen broccoli & cheese sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 Cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz)
- 5 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)

1) Make the crust: Pulse the butter, flour and fine salt in a food processor until the mixture looks like wet sand
- For the crust:
- 2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- For the filling:
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 sprigs thyme, plus leaves for topping (optional)
- 3 medium baking potatoes, peeled
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

- 20 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large onions, halved and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups cubed sourdough bread, crusts removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- TOPPINGS:
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1) Dice cabbage and soak in cold water for 3 hours
- Topping:
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 1/2 large Spanish onion, diced
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1/8 cup Tabasco (If you don’t like spicy food, this is a lot of Tabasco. Tone it down a little if you must, but don’t remove it totally.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Italian flat leaf parsley, snipped
- 3 green onions, sliced

1) Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 375 degrees
- 10 medium eggs
- 10 slices hearty white sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 10 thin slices deli Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese (about 5 ounces)
- 5 thin slices deli Black Forest ham (about 5 ounces), halved crosswise

- 1 pkg. (19 oz.) Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links, grilled and coin-sliced
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) rigatoni pasta
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lg. sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 jar (26 oz.) of your favorite pasta sauce

1)Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste

- 2 pounds (about 4 cups) grilled lobster meat, cut into 1/2-inch chunks, from 4 (2 to 3-pound) lobsters
- 1/2 cup celery, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 cups Curry Mayonnaise, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup olive oil or unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small Spanish onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons Madras curry powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups good quality mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
