Sides (Brie Twice Baked Potatoes)

These are creamy soft and comforting! No need to salt the onion mix has sufficient amounts
- 6 large hot baked russet potatoes
- 1 bulb roasted garlic
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (7/8 ounce) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 6 ounces ripe brie cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes rind removed

Combine all ingredients in pot
- 2 Cups boiling water
- 1 Large or 2 small lemons juiced and put in whole
- 2 oranges,juiced and put in whole
- 4 Tbsp caraway seeds
- 6 Whole cloves
- Palmful of peppercorns
- 2 cinnamon sticks,broken
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 1 Bottle 4 queens

1) Cut roast in half. Combine burrito seasoning and cocoa; rub over meat
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 pounds)
- 1 envelope burrito seasoning
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa

- 1 large sweet red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 3 lb small red potatoes (2 to 3 inches)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chives-and-onion cream cheese (from 8 oz container)

1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Caramel Sauce:
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 to 4 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (3 cups)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Caramel Sauce (recipe below)
- Nonstick cooking spray with flour
- 1 cup light-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Directions For Caramel Sauce:
- 1 . Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until thickened to desired consistency.

- 3 pounds potatoes (about 8 medium)
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 medium dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 4-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Leaf lettuce, optional
