- Bring poached eggs to room temperature. Whisk 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup cold club soda. Mix with 2 tablespoons chopped herbs or a pinch of curry powder. Fry 1 to 2 minutes.
