Sides (Creamed Corn with Bacon)

For the stock: Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil
- Corncob stock:
- 5 shucked ears corn (kernels removed and reserved*)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion peeled and quartered
- 1 tablespoon whole coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts water
- Corn saute:
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 pound thick-cut bacon cut into lardoons
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Reserved corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups reserved corncob stock
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 lime, zested
Breakfast (Drop Doughnuts)

Mix all ingredients together
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 3 Cups flour
- 4 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp Crisco
Sides (Corn on the Cob with Garlic Herb Butter)

1) Thoroughly mix butter, garlic and parsley in small bowl
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
- 4 to 5 ears of corn, husked
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Appetizers (Southwestern Mini Corn Cakes)

Preheat oven to 200°F. In a bowl combine corn, bell pepper, parsley, green onion, salt and pepper
- 2 Cups sweet kernel Corn (10 oz), thawed
- 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 Cup pancake batter, made according to package directions
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- Fresh chives
Sides (Goody Girl Championship Potatoes)

Fill a 6-quart pot 2/3 full of water; add the crab boil and mix until blended
- 1 package dry form crab boil (recommended: Zatarain's)
- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 pound butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 pound finely shredded Cheddar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup sour cream

1)Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions
- 1 (14oz) KRAFT deluxe macaroni & cheese dinner
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1 (1oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 Cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups chopped celery
- 1/2 Cup chopped green onion
- Garnish:green onion

1)Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- One 10-ounce bag spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper

- 1 pound summer sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large sweet onion, halved and sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into eight cubes
- 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
Cocktails (Train Wreck)

In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the vanilla vodka, orange liqueur, and creme de cacao
- Ice cubes
- 1-ounce vanilla vodka
- 1/3 ounce orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
- 1/3 ounce creme de cacao
- Splash lemon-lime soda
- Sweet and sour mix
