1. Blend bananas, almonds, and wheat germ together in a blender
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Lavender Flower Power

1. Combine the lavender flowers, lavender extract, and honey in a large bowl, and mix together
- 1 T. edible lavender flowers (plus a few extra for garnish)
- 1 t lavender extact
- 4 T. honey
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/1 c. whole milk
Spring Green Juice

Juice together in a powerful blender or juicer
- 3 large pieces of kale
- 3 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 cucumber (or 1/2 a large english cucumber)
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)
- 1/2 lime (peeled)
- 1/2 " piece of ginger
Banana Bread Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, sugar) in a bowl and mix well
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon (to taste)
Pan-Roasted Chicken With Lemon-Garlic Green Beans

1. Preheat oven to 450°F
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 pound trimmed green beans
- 8 small red potatoes, quartered
- 4 chicken breasts (bones left in, with skin, about 3 1/4 pounds)
Gluten free oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies

Directions: Preheat your oven to 350F
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unrefined sugar
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp aluminum free baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chunks, more if you like

Place in powerful blender like a Vitamix (some of them can’t handle the lime) and blend for one minute
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup green grapes
- An entire small lime, peeled
- 1/2 yellow pepper, seeded
- 1/2 medium apple, halved
- 1 carrot, halved
- 1 cup fresh spinach, washed
- 1 cup ice cubes

1. Combine blackberries and lemon juice in a blender
- 1 1/2 cups blackberries
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 banana
- 4 tablespoons of raw agave nectar
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

- 1 cup salted caramel, plus more for garnish (1 cup caramel, plus 1 teaspoon fleur de sel)

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
