- 4 1/2 cups Honey Nut Chex® cereal
- 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 2 cups whole cashews
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Macadamia Crusted Chicken Tenders with Port Dijon Aioli

- * Port Dijon Aioli:
- 1 * 1 pound chicken tenders

- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Pumpkin Cheesecake Frosting

1. Whisk together flours, spices, baking soda, and salt
- # 3/4 C graham flour or whole wheat flour
- # 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- # 1 t cinnamon
- # 1/2 t ginger
- # 1/2 t nutmeg
- # 1/2 t allspice
- # 1 t baking soda
- # 1/2 t salt
- # 1 1/2 C sugar
- # 3/4 C pumpkin puree

Grilled Corn and Chipotle Soup

Shuck the corn. Rub the cobs lightly with oil and season with salt
- For the soup:
- 6 medium ears sweet corn
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 1 large red onion, minced
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Cumin, to taste
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half-and-half
- For the relish:
- Reserved grilled corn
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced small
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1-2 tbsp. white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
