1.Preheat your oven to 350 F degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- Zest of one Mandarin orange
- 2 1/2 cups AP flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup halved fresh Mandarin orange slices (about 4 Mandarin oranges)
- 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks (I used a mix of both cause that’s what I had on hand)

- 2 * 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
