  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • For the Chocolate Ganache Filling:
  • 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips (or solid chocolate, finely chopped)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
