Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread with Bourbon Glaze

1. To make the dough, brown 2 TBSP of butter over medium-high heat
- For the bread:
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/2 cu. milk
- 2 1/4 tsp. (1 envelope) active dry yeast
- 3/4 c. pumpkin puree
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2 1/2 c. bread flour
- For the cinnamon-sugar mixture:
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- For the glaze:
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/8 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 TBSP milk
- 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 TBSP bourbon or dark rum
Chile Tequila Lime Popcorn

Preheat the oven to 300° F
- 4 quarts freshly popped popcorn
- 5 1/3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ tsp. lime zest
- 1 tsp. tequila
- ½ small jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely minced
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. ground cumin

- * 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- * 1/4 cup canola oil
- * 2 Tbs honey
- * 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- * 1/3 cup flax seeds
- * 1/2 cup pepitas
- * 1/2 cup whole almonds
- * 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- * 2/3 cup coconut
- * 2 Tbs cinnamon
- * 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- * 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- * 1 tsp salt

Whiskey Glazed Carrots

n a large skillet or pot with a lid, heat the butter over medium-high heat until melted
- 2-3 lbs. carrots, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels (or other whiskey)
- 2/3 to 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Beer Can Chicken with Cola BBQ Sauce

Open beer can; drink half
- Chicken:
- 1 (12-ounce) can beer
- 1 cup hickory wood chips
- 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 (4-pound) whole chicken
- Cooking spray
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup cola
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon instant onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons steak sauce (such as A-1)
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppe
Pomegranate Balsamic Glazed Salmon
