- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar

- 1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) water
- Filling and Topping*
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled Gorgonzola or feta cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Maldon sea salt, Fleur de Sel or other large-flake salt
