- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso® 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

- Heavy aluminum foil
- 1 fresh (not pre-spiced) beef brisket – about 4 pounds
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Season Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground White Pepper
- 2 tsp. Powdered Garlic
- 2 Cups BBQ sauce

Beef Enchilada Crescents

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ red enchilada sauce
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey jack cheese blend (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
