Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray
- 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 C unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 C sugar or sugar substitute
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 C shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 C dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
- white chocolate for dipping, optional

Fluffy Waffles Recipe

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- CINNAMON CREAM SYRUP:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400F Pour the boiling water over 2 cups bran cereal
- 6 cups all bran cereal, divided
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 litre buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1-1/2 cups any dried fruit
Roasted Baby Carrots

Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently toss together the carrots, red onion, rosemary to coat with the olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs of 5 inch long baby carrots, carefully washed, patted dry, greens cropped to 1 inch above top of carrot
- 1 medium red onion, peeled, cut lengthwise (root to top) into 8-12 wedges
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary, or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 pkg dry yeast - 2 1/4 tsp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup All Bran cereal

- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
