- 4 cups Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack or pepper jack cheese
- 2/3 cup thinly sliced banana peppers or other pickled peppers, such as cherry or jalapeno

- 1-1/2 lbs cubed pork stew meat
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 - 4.5 oz can diced green chiles, drained
- 1/2 - 3.5 oz can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 5 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 3-1/2 c water
- onion salt to taste
