Chinese Egg Soup

In a stock pot add the first five ingredients
- 32 oz. broth of your choice (I use Vegetable)
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 oz. sliced oyster mushrooms
- 1 t. soy sauce
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- chow mein noodles
- salt & pepper to taste
Amerasian Salad

This salad is a little American and a little Asian
- Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 lb. steak of your choice, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- croutons
- chopped cilantro
- Dressing
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 t grated ginger
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t sesame seeds
Corned Beef Soup

What you can do with all that leftover Corned Beef
- 3 C diced cooked corned beef
- 1 lb diced honeygold potatoes
- 1/2 lb diced carrots
- 1/2 C cooked shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 C corned beef juice (from the cooked corned beef)
- 3 C water
- salt & pepper to taste
Coleslaw

Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, cider and half & half in a container with a lid
- 1 package shredded cabbage
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T half & half
- 2 T apple cider
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- salt & pepper to taste
Italian Pasta Salad

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl
- 8 oz your favorite pasta (cook per package directions)
- 1 1/2 c your favorite italian salad dressing
- 1 t salad supreme seasoning
- 1/2 c cucumber, small dice & seeded
- 1/2 c yellow pepper, small dice
- 1/4 c red onion, small dice
- salt & pepper to taste
Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo Fettuccine

A great quick a easy dish
- 8 oz cooked fettuccine
- 8 oz cooked sliced grilled chicken brest
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms sauted in butter
- 1-16 oz jar of your favorite alfredo sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- shredded parmesian cheese
- white truffle oil (optional)
Shrimp & Avacado Salad

- 12 oz.. Raw shrimp
- 3 tbs. Olive oil
- Dash paprika
- Dash blackend seasoning
- Dash salt
- 2 tbs rice vinager
- 2 tbs honey
- Shredded cabbage
- Chopped romaine
- Sliced Avacado
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced cucumber
Roasted Honeygold Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts

Cut the potatoes into quarters
- 2 lbs. honeygold potatoes
- 1 lb. brussel sprouts
- 4 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 4 long sprigs fresh rosemary
- salt & pepper
Pan Roasted Duck Breast

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 Duck breasts
- Salt & pepper
- Serving suggestion.

String Beans with Onion

In a sauté pan add olive oil and heat
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 lb. fresh string beans
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- salt & pepper to taste
