Grilled Foil-Pack Cheesy Fries

Heat grill to medium-high heat
- 1 bag frozen crinkle-cut French fries
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (2 medium)
- 2 tablespoons cooked real bacon bits
Sittin' on a Ritz

Otherwise known in my family as sh!t on a ritz! :)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (1/2) stick margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup diced dates
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box Ritz crackers
Beach Shrimp

Place shrimp, dressing, pepper and garlic in casserole dish and toss to coat
- 3 lbs. unpeeled, large raw shrimp
- 1 - 16 oz. bottle Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 T. freshly ground pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, cut up
- French or Italian bread
Chili Cream Cheese Dip

Spread cream cheese in a round baking dish
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can chili
- shredded cheddar cheese
Mom's Deviled Eggs

Arrange eggs in single layer in large pot
- 12 eggs, brought to room temp
- apple cider vinegar
- mayo
- sugar
- sweet relish
- dill relish
- Cavendar's seasoning
- paprika
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients, except the meat AND the Cream Cheese, together
- 2 pounds cubed stew meat
- 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5 Tbs of Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese
- couple of dashes of Garlic Salt
- couple dashes of Hot Paprika
Heisser Partoffel Salat (Hot Potato Salad)

Peel potatos & cook in boiling salt water until tender, cube
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- coarse ground pepper
Grilled Salad

Split each head of lettuce lengthwise
- Romaine lettuce, washed & dried
- feta cheese
- balsamic vinaigrette
- oil
- salt & pepper
