Sugar Cream Pie

Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC)
- 1 single-crust blind-baked All-Butter Pie Dough Shell
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste
- Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
Irish Coffee

When ready to serve, add coffee…
- In each mug, put:
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 jigger Bushnell's Irish Whiskey (or Kahlua).
Curry Dip

Mix and serve inside red bell pepper
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Chicken Spectacular

Preheat 350. Spray 13 x 9” baking dish
- 3 C diced, cooked chicken breasts
- 1 6oz box Uncle Ben’s Wild & White Rice, cooked as instructed
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 9oz box frozen French style green beans, cooked and drained
- 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 2oz jar sliced pimentos, drained
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1 C mayo
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Paprika to garnish
Crock Pot French Onion Soup

Set your crock pot on high and add sliced onions, minced garlic, butter, salt and balsamic vinegar and mix
- 4 medium sweet onions, thinly sliced (about 6 cups worth)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 8 ounces of beer (any flavor)
- 64 ounces of beef stock (low sodium if you can find it)
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (more or less depending on the beef stock you use)
- Mozzarella Cheese, sliced (shredded is fine too)
- The combination of mozzarella cheese, bread and thyme in the soup taste like pizza! It’s delicious!
