Asparagus means springtime
- Vinaigrette:
- 2 lbs (1 kg) thin stalks of asparagus
- 2 tbsp ( 25 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup (50mL) chopped chives
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shaved Parmesan
Peanut Butter Snowballs

Mix together peanut butter and icing sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup rice krispies

Mix and knead as other recipies Bake in preheated oven at 400* for 12 mins
- Less than 1/4 cup Fermipan dry yeast
- 31/2 Tbsp. of sugar

Cranberry Salsa

If using frozen cranberries, thaw them first then spread them out on paper towels and pat dry
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) fi nely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) packed brown sugar
