Apple Turnovers with Custard

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan
- CUSTARD:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups milk or half-and-half cream
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- TURNOVERS:
- 4 medium baking apples, peeled and cut into 1/4-in slices
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter, diced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Pastry for double-crust pie
- Milk
Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls

Because these treats begin with a ready-made dough, they couldn't be easier or more convenient to whip up
- HONEY BUTTER:
- 4 frozen Texas-size dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons honey
Mozzarella Chicken Roll-Ups

HEAT oven to 400°F. MIX first 4 ingredients until well blended; stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
- 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos, 8 inch (8 tortillas)

- 1 box (6 oz) lime-flavored gelatin for green ribbon or berry blue-flavored gelatin for blue ribbon
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original Key lime yogurt for green ribbon or mountain blueberry yogurt for blue ribbon
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 box (6 oz) lemon-flavored gelatin for cream ribbon or Piña colada gelatin for white ribbon
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original lemon burst yogurt for yellow ribbon or Original coconut cream pie yogurt for white ribbon
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 box (6 oz) raspberry-flavored gelatin

Saucy Italian Meatloaf

- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
Creamy Lime Squares

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup frozen (thawed) limeade concentrate (from 12-oz can)
- 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy Key lime pie yogurt
- 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 to 4 drops green food color
- Extra whipped topping, if desired
- Lime slices, if desired
- Fresh mint leaves, if desired

- 2 cups Strawberries, sliced, divided
Blueberry Breakfast Rolls

- 12.4 oz package refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and well-drained
- 1/3 cup blueberry preserves
- 1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
